Subprocessors

GreenLine Systems, Inc. (“GreenLine”) uses the affiliate and third-party subprocessors listed below to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of our customers. This page is the Subprocessor List referenced in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in those documents and in our Terms of Service.

GreenLine does not currently provide built-in AI features, and no AI model provider processes Customer Personal Data on our behalf. If you connect a third-party AI tool to GreenLine through MCP, that tool is your service provider, not ours, and it is not a subprocessor (see section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy). If we introduce AI features that process Customer Personal Data, we will add the provider to this list and give notice as described below.
We update this page before engaging a new subprocessor or replacing an existing one. We give customers at least 30 days’ notice by email to the account owner or in-app notice. If you object to a new subprocessor, you can do so as described in section 4.4 of our Data Processing Addendum.
