Platform Overview

GreenLine is a secure, cloud-based application accessed through a web browser. No local installation is required.

The platform is built on a proven workflow system that has been used in production environments for years, supporting teams that rely on it for daily operations.

Data Hosting & Infrastructure

GreenLine is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leading global cloud provider known for high availability and security.

Data Security

Encryption in Transit

All connections to GreenLine are secured using HTTPS and TLS encryption.

Encryption at Rest

Data stored in the system is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption methods managed by AWS.

Database Security

• Encrypted storage and backups
• Secure key management via AWS
• Encrypted communication between services

Access & Authentication

• Access is secured via email and password
• Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never transmitted in plain text

• Account protection includes:

  • Minimum password complexity requirements
  • Temporary lockout after repeated failed login attempts

File & Attachment Security

• Files are stored securely in AWS S3
• Encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Access is controlled through secure, unguessable URLs
• All file access occurs over HTTPS

Network Security

• Traffic is routed through secure load balancers
• Infrastructure is protected using firewall rules and network controls
• APIs are exposed through secure gateways

Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the content they choose to store in GreenLine.

GreenLine does not monitor or review customer data. We implement security measures to protect data, but customers should use discretion when storing sensitive information.

Third-Party Services

GreenLine uses trusted third-party providers to deliver parts of the service, including infrastructure and payments.

These providers are selected based on their security and compliance standards.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers that are PCI-compliant.

No payment information is stored directly within GreenLine systems.
